Murata is able to meet the needs of many specialty markets with our high frequency, high RF power, and low loss components. The high frequency communication infrastructure market is continuously expanding. As designs of circuit modules become smaller and require lower power consumption, lower profiles, and higher frequencies; low loss high Q capacitors are in demand. At the same time other markets like medical diagnostic equipment (MRI, CT), high power radios and RF amplifiers and generators, are requiring higher power consumption, lower loss, and higher voltage/current handling capacitors. Murata offers several series to meet these growing needs.

GQM Series
High Frequency Capacitors (0603, 0805, 1111). Copper based product which make them desirable in frequencies above 500MHz. The copper electrodes allow for ultra low ESR and high Q up to 10GHz.

High Frequency Ultra Small Capacitors (0201, 0402). Copper based product which make them desirable in frequencies
above 500MHz. The copper electrodes allow for lower ESR and high Q up to 10GHz. |
